This blanc de noirs is made exclusively from pinot noir grapes sourced from premier and grand cru vineyards in the montagne de reims, an area celebrated for its robust and complex pinot noir. The blend combines grapes from three key crus mailly grand cru, chigny les roses premier cru, and cumières premier cru. The chalky subsoils of the region impart a distinctive minerality, while the slow, controlled fermentation preserves the purity and expression of each vineyard.
