Château cantenac brown was founded by scotsman john lewis brown over 200 years ago. It was recognised as a third growth in the legendary 1855 classification of bordeaux and continues to stand out as one of the left bank’s finest producers. The tudor style château itself is enough to ensure cantenac brown’s fame in deeply traditional bordeaux, but thankfully, it’s the quality of the wines that uphold the estate’s reputation. This is their flagship grand vin. A classic cabernet dominant blend, it’s full bodied, ripe and silky. Discover notes of blackcurrant, plum, cedar and leather. Enjoy it with roast leg of lamb.
