A blend of cinsault, grenache and tibouren, picked from beautiful vineyards in the heart of provence. From the historic château peyrassol, established in the 13th century by the knights templar, this organic rosé is fresh with notes of white cherry blossom, citrus fruits, peach and pear, with a crisp salinity. Ideal with fish ceviche, grilled fish with lemon butter, or fruit tarts.
