50cl 43% an earthy, smoky spirit from danish distillery empirical spirits, distilled from a combination of pilsner malt and purple wheat, using smoke dried pasilla mixe chillies – also known as ayuuk – as its star botanical, before being finished for five days in oloroso sherry casks. The palate is earthy, with notes of dark red berries, plums and soft smoke, a pleasant spiciness lingering in the finish.
