An elegant, organically grown rosé from the heights of provence. Château la bernarde is part of the maison austruy collection of estates, acquired in 2015 by wine lover and terroir specialist philippe austruy. The vineyards sit in an unspoilt, wooded area of the côtes de provence and are organically farmed with cover crops to promote soil health. Grapes are hand harvested and gently pressed, with fermentation and ageing taking place in stainless steel on fine lees to preserve aromatic freshness. The result is a beautifully pure expression of provence rosé. Elegant and crisp, with delicate floral aromas, bright citrus, red berries and a subtle mineral note. Perfect with summer salads, grilled seafood or simply enjoyed chilled as an apéritif.
