70cl 40% this vs cognac shows aromas of honeysuckle, orange peel, black tea, and lime leaf. It was made from 100% ugni blanc grapes, grown from the clay limestone soils of the petite champagne.

70cl 40% this is a blend of eaux de vie from various vineyards in fins bois and petite champagne. This vsop is then matured in prunier’s cellars for a minimum of four years, giving aromas of cacao, honey, caramel and pear on the nose.

70cl 52.8% a wonderful example of floral borderies cognac from 1978, bottled at cask strength by prunier. Complex notes of orange blossom, rancio, chocolate covered hazelnuts, honey and spice are followed by a long, structured finish.
