75cl 12.5% since 1729, ximénez spínola has built its reputation by focusing exclusively on a single grape variety, pedro ximénez, crafting an exceptional range of wines from dry to sweet. For this unique white wine, the grapes were left on the vines for 21 days after the main harvest to naturally develop a touch of extra sweetness. The wine was then aged for four months on the lees in american oak barrels, enhancing its texture and complexity. The result is a beautifully balanced wine with aromatic notes
