Both the benches and table are hand made from the highest grade of teak and finished to uncompromising standards by time served craftspeople. The expansive two piece leg section is a great feature that works in contrast to the curved lines of the seating and backrest. Chunky feet offer stability even on slightly uneven surfaces. The wide top rail can be engraved if you want to personalise the set. Sandringham table this has an attractive and very practical cross leg structure to it that offers plenty of room when being dined at. The round table top has an attractive octagonal inset that houses the slats on both sides of the cross section. The combination of curved and straight lines compliments the romance benches wonderfully. There is a plug included for when the parasol is not required. Shimmers with a golden lustre in direct sunlight … mortice and tenon joints are used throughout the dining set and these are reinforced with teak dowels for long lasting usability and strength. The teak is naturally protected against the vagaries of the uk weather all year round due to its high oil content and densely packed grain. This means little or no maintenance is required – sit back and enjoy it whenever you get it. The natural ageing process will turn the timber a silver grey colour in time.
