Adults aged 18 years and older one dose of 3 sprays to the back of the throat every 3 6 hours as required, up to a maximum of 5 doses in a 24 hour period. One dose 3 sprays contains 8.75 mg of flurbiprofen. Do not give this medicine to children or adolescents under 18 years. For oromucosal use only. Spray at the back of the throat only. Are taking high dose aspirin more than 75mg of aspirin per day or another nsaid medicine such as celecoxib, ibuprofen, diclofenac sodium etc. Have severe heart failure, severe kidney failure or severe liver failure. Have heart, kidney or liver problems. Have an infection. Have had a stroke. Have a history of bowel disease such as ulcerative colitis, crohn's disease. Suffer from chronic autoimmune disease such as systemic lupus erythematosus and mixed connective tissue disease.
