This is one of if not the very first mastectomy swimsuits we have had with a halter neck and an adjustable cup. Like most triangle cups it is adjustable and moves on a drawstring meaning you can get a better tan than with any other conventional swimsuit especially since the halter neck allows the back to be fully tanned without any lines.
