If you have ever enjoyed a pint of beer and wondered how it's made, then this experience will answer all your questions. The basic principles of brewing beer have remained unchanged for centuries and during this tour you will see all parts of the process including fermenting, where the sugar is broken down into alcohol conditioning, which gives beer a smoother taste and filtering which stabilises the flavour and gives beer its polished shine and brilliance. To complete this experience you will also get to taste some of the brewery's beers. At the beginning of your experience you will first meet your expert brewery guide. Then you will be taken around the brewery where you will get to see what goes on behind the scenes. A brief history of the brewery itself and the beers produced may also be included. At the end of the tour you will taste a selection of the beers produced and then visit the brewery shop to perhaps purchase something to enjoy at home.
