Their sicilian white wines show off their leadership in organic viticulture and winemaking, with sustainably grown grapes stretching over varied volcanic terrain and up to soaring elevations. To preserve freshness, the fruit for this bottling was hand harvested during the coolest hours of the day, then softly pressed and bottled unaged.
