75cl 70.09% distillery bottling barrell’s dovetail releases are named after the woodworking technique that joins two pieces of wood together. The gold label release finishes its whiskies – aged up to 25 years – in a combination of ex rum, ex port and ex cabernet casks. There is classic fruity aroma with hints of grapefruit, red currant, and a subtle touch of cabernet influence. You'll also find notes of cherry, burdock, menthol and raspberry jam on the palate, reflecting the port influence.
