To make this we worked with producta vignobles – a cooperative who’ve specialised in producing wine in bordeaux since 1949. Marie acier has been in charge of their winemaking for more than 20 years. And she certainly knows how to get the best from the region's native grape varieties. This is ripe and fruity with silky, rounded tannins. The finish is marked by a hint of spice from the malbec and cabernet sauvignon. It’s the perfect wine to pair with home made burgers or a cheeseboard.
