75cl 12% in 2009 jean marc introduced biodynamics to his vineyards and is now on the way to organic conversion which is planted on hilly slopes over 72 individual plots in charly sur marne. This is a really pretty rose with aromas of rhubarb, strawberry, roasted plum and cherries on the nose. The palate has lots of vibrancy with raspberry, rhubarb and a hint of raspberry leaf on the finish. Definitely one to have as an aperitif or why not try it with roasted veal or pork belly.
