Château troplong mondot is one of fourteen premier grand cru classé in this year's classification of saint Émilion. The winery sits at the top of the famous saint Émilion plateau at an altitude of 110m – and even features a stunning michelin star restaurant ‘les belles perdrix’. The new winery and barrel cellar is built into the ground with 12 metre high walls, showcasing the depth of the vines’ roots. This is the second wine of the estate, and it’s the perfect introduction to their range. It’s a fresh style of red, with juicy flavours of red and black fruit, fine tannins and mineral hints. Enjoy this with roasted meats.
