70cl 56.2% elixir distillers distilled in 1993 at mortlach distillery, this speyside single malt was matured in a single hogshead for 26 years, before being bottled in 2019 for the whisky trail's jazz series. A sweet, herbal whisky, it has aromas of wild honey, walnuts and hay bales. The palate offers notes of cardamom, clove, ginger ale and a bitter, hoppy edge.
