75cl 12% pierre peters has gained a real reputation for his blanc de blancs from this domaine in le mesnil sur oger, in the heart of the cote des blancs. They use a system of perpetual reserves to add the reserve wines to their non vintage wines giving a greater level of complexity to the wines. On the nose aromas of white flowers, a lovely green apple, oyster shells and anise come through. The palate is zesty with orange, toast and a really lovely long finish.
