70cl 48.9% gordon macphail this is part of gordon macphail’s recollection series, which offers collectors and connoisseurs an opportunity to purchase a slice of whisky history. Pittyvaich was originally built to help with demand for bell’s blended whisky but was demolished in 2002. This 30 year old release was matured in a refill bourbon barrel and displays notes of dried pear, freshly sliced ginger, marzipan, apricot and a light dusting of cocoa powder.
