Made with taiwanese molasses – fermented for an incredible 13 days – this expression was first matured in american white oak before it was transferred to a single barrique from château léoville poyferré in saint julien. The first fill red wine cask brings aromas of dried figs, summer berries and french oak spice to a spirit already rich in notes of pineapple, guava and mango.
