70cl 49.2% not to be confused with cuishe, rey campero madre cuishe is made with another member of the agave karwinski family. Madre cuishe is a tall cylindrical agave with a dense core that's well known for producing mineral rich mescal – this is no exception. The agave is cooked in earth pits before being fermented in wooden vats and then double distilled in copper stills. Rey campero madre cuishe has fruity notes of banana and sweet white chocolate, all spread over a stony base.
