35cl 58% produced using mediterranean grown seedless salustiana oranges, a variety known for its juicy flavour, this is aged for a minimum of five years, the fruit balanced by hints of bitterness from the skins.

35cl 50% made with rare ramassin plums, from piedmont in northern italy, this brandy has notes of wild plum and is rich and sweet with a slightly bitter edge.
