35cl 58% produced using mediterranean grown seedless salustiana oranges, a variety known for its juicy flavour, this is aged for a minimum of five years, the fruit balanced by hints of bitterness from the skins.

70cl 50% produced using both the traditional yellow and rare red varieties, harvested at their juiciest stage of growth, these are distilled twice and then aged for at least three years to produce juicy and fruity pear flavours.
