70cl 48.1% distillery bottling the second release of rosebank single malt since the distillery was mothballed in 1993 was distilled in 1991 and matured in a small number of casks for more than 30 years, before being bottled in 2022. Aromas of lime zest, lemongrass, coriander seed, clove, vanilla and sugared almonds fill the nose, complemented by notes of mint, chamomile, leather, banana bread, peach, strawberry, oak and garden herbs throughout the palate.
