The dalmore has set the standard for cask ageing for over 150 years. Master distiller richard paterson has been the creative force here for nearly five decades. He hand selects the casks from the world's finest wineries, bodegas and distilleries and ages the whiskies in them to create something truly remarkable. This 12 year old single malt is matured in ex bourbon barrels and finished off in rare oloroso sherry casks. It has aromas of citrus, chocolate and sweet spices and flavours of seville orange, vanilla, coffee and dark chocolate.
