This stainless steel smoker box makes it easy to infuse your barbecued food with delicious smoky or fragrant herby flavours. Simply add pre soaked wood chips or herbs into the box, and place it in or on your coals, as it heats up, it will smoke and infuse your food. It can even be used on gas barbecues. If using with a bbq with a lid, such as kettle bbq's you can add even more flavour. The herbs or wood chips you choose to use can be soaked in plain water, or get extra flavour by soaking in beer, wine, whiskey, or lemon juice.
