We embrace family owned and run wineries wherever we can. That’s part of the reason we selected zuccardi to craft this signature argentinian malbec from the uco valley. With vineyards ranging between 800m and 1400m above sea level, they have just the soils and microclimate to make this grape variety shine. Half the wine is aged in french oak for 10 months, with other portions aged in egg vats to protect the purity of the fruit and terroir. Expect wild blueberry and blackcurrant aromas, and flavours of plum and spice. Pair it with grilled meats – steak is a winner, of course – or roasted vegetables and pasta.
